So it would appear I have ruffled a few feathers.
Would any of those that made that descision, be by any chance be one who replied to my enquiry several years ago regarding me training as an observer. Only to receive the following condensing reply.
I have thought long and hard about it, and yes you could do it, but we do not want anyone.
Since then the call has gone out for more trainees but I have never been contacted to enquire if I was still interested.
So for those who have been critical of my face book comment. Perhaps a look in the mirror would help.
One further observation, there does appear to have creeped into the club a certain amount of an elite attitude among a very small number of members.
Just remember we join this club because we want too. Not because we have too.
My membership for 2025 is paid up.
