Wales Trip May 2025

Hello everyone.

We have been wanting to get our away trips going again, so I am delighted to say that we have reserved several rooms at Premier Inn Oswestry for the nights of 8-9-10 May 2025. Returning 11th May.

The room cost excluding breakfast etc is £270.

It is a pleasant ride to Oswestry, then we have 2 days of fabulous roads to cover. Average daily distance is 150-200 miles, quite tough, definitely tiring but so rewarding! Then a nice ride home on 11th May, back in time for dinner.

Just as a side note. I have been with the club for many years now. This is the 1st time I've seen any away trips put on this forum and this is the 1st away trip we have done with the group. I've often heard people talking about them afterwards and wished l was aware beforehand. Hopefully they will keep appearing on the forum, so l can join you for more. NO to Facebook.

We have wanted to run rides for a while, but it has been difficult as the committee does not have enough bodies onboard.

We also are using Facebook and email to publicise this, fancy a trip to Luxembourg in May too?
