EAMG/Cannons PR day Saturday 25th May - help needed

Hi all.
This Saturday EAMG are at Cannons BMW Witham for a PR event. I'm away on the Saturday so we need help transporting the table, Table, Paperwork box and sails for 08:45 start to 15:30 pack up. We only need a drop off and pickup, or stay if you prefer - free tea and coffee all day. I can drop off today - all will fit into a small car.
Update:
Problem solved. Sue Cannon offered to collect the gear but I'm going to drop off today.
