Cannon BMW

Post by John Tullett »

In case you visit Witham over the next few days and wonder what is going on at Cannon's I received the following e-mail today:

Thus it is our wish to inform you that after 28 years ownership of Cannon Motorcycles Ltd we have retired and are passing the baton to the next incumbents.

It has been our pleasure over the years to meet your Motorcycles needs and indeed we have made many good friends along the way.

Today, Thursday 1 September 2022 our business is passing to Sycamore Motorcycles, a long-established family business who are already a BMW Motorrad retailer and have Yamaha and Harley Davidson outlets too. There will still, however, be all the familiar faces that you know as Cannon’s existing staff are transferring to Sycamore.

Please be aware that as part of the changeover process the dealership will be closed for a few days, reopening as Sycamore Motorcycles next week.

We leave Cannon safe in the knowledge that you will be in very capable hands for all your future motorcycle needs.

The last 28 years truly have been a ‘ride’ to remember and we thank you all for the support you have given to us over the years and sincerely wish that you will all continue to support Sycamore.

Kind regards,

Bill & Sue Cannon

I hope Cafe Torque keeps going....
